I work with the body through touch, creating space for each person to listen to what is present within themselves, also through the practice of Chi Nei Tsang therapy. My curiosity about women and motherhood led me to reconnect with the wisdom of caregiving. I am a Doula, supporting pregnant women and mothers in the postpartum period with presence, listening, and care. As a woman and a mother, I am deeply interested in exploring human sexuality and intimacy as pathways to living a more fulfilled, conscious, and connected life. My intention is to be in service to life, honouring each process so that every person can reconnect with their own centre and inner wisdom. I believe in the power of the “village.” Working in community is not only a joy for me, but also a necessity for the future of a more harmonious Earth.
