Chi Nei Tsang Healing From Within

I am a body therapist specialized in therapeutic massage and integrative well-being. Through conscious touch, breathwork, and somatic approaches, I create sessions that invite deep relaxation, the release of tension, and reconnection with the body.

My work is grounded in a holistic vision of well-being, supporting physical, emotional, and energetic balance. I integrate different massage and bodywork techniques, with a special focus on Chi Nei Tsang — a Taoist therapeutic practice centered on the abdomen, considered one of the most important areas for balancing the body and emotions.

Chi Nei Tsang combines deep yet gentle touch with conscious breathing to help release blockages, reduce accumulated stress, and improve the flow of vital energy. This approach works holistically with the digestive, nervous, respiratory, and lymphatic systems, promoting relaxation, vitality, and a greater sense of lightness and presence within the body.

Each session is personalized according to the needs of the individual and may include Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, therapeutic touch, breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement. My intention is to offer a safe, nurturing, and restorative space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and restore the body’s natural balance.

As a Doula, I also specialize in care and massage for pregnancy and the postpartum period, offering supportive treatments that help women feel grounded, nourished, and cared for during these transformative stages of life. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and centered on creating comfort, emotional support, and space for rest and recovery.

I believe that true well-being arises from deeply listening to the body, allowing the nervous system to rest, and creating space to breathe, feel, and simply be.

“Developed by the White Cloud Taoist Monks in ancient China, Chi Nei Tsang is a holistic approach to the healing touch modality. CNT emphasizes a gentle, non-invasive touch aimed more at helping the person connect with their own inner selves, rather than trying to “fix” anything. It works with the natural intelligence of your body, mind, emotions and spirit.

CNT goes to the very origin of health problems, including psychosomatic and emotional responses. It effectively addresses chronic conditions including digestive problems, headaches, chronic fatigue, menstrual cramps, sciatica, uterine fibroids, infertility, insomnia and depression.” Website https://www.chineitsang.com/

Internal Organs Treatment power lies in working from the center toward the outside by focusing on deep and gentle touch on the abdomen and navel area.

With the art of touch and the art of breath CNT is said to have a way to help softening from within, so that toxins stored in the tissue can drain away and emotions can be digested better.
