Natural Movement and Meditation.

Move to live.

My classes are an invitation to return to the body with presence, awareness, and intention.
Through conscious movement, we create space to observe what is present in each moment — physically, emotionally, and energetically — allowing the body to become a place of listening, alignment, and care.
My practice is rooted in the union of dance, yoga, and a deep study of body awareness. Over the years, I have developed an approach that integrates movement, breath, alignment, and sensitivity, helping each person better understand their body and the way they move in everyday life.
More than a physical practice, these classes support a healthy and sustainable relationship with the body — promoting mobility, stability, ease, and vitality throughout all stages of life. There is also an intention to prepare the body for the future: a functional, resilient, and comfortable body to live in as we age.
Nature, silence, prayer, and spirituality are also part of the space that holds these practices. Each class is guided with the intention of creating connection — with the body, the breath, the Earth, and with what brings us into deeper presence and authenticity.
My work is deeply inspired by my own journey and by the experience of supporting many person and many different bodies through distinct phases of life. Each person is welcomed in their individuality, with space to explore movement in a conscious, respectful, and transformative way.

I want that people can move to life. My commitment is for everyone feel free in the body, so you can move primary/general movement (walk, seat, jump, standing, cooking, holding a baby, take care of others…) free from pain and with ease to live. This classes help you to be aware were you are in your body/emotion, and support you in better alignment. When we across a healing process, its is our body telling us that something need to change. When we changed we need to come to our bodies to support them in that changes, so he can not come back to the same physical struture. Your body is unique. The way you pratice is unique.
